Orientation

To ensure you that you are successful in your new assignment, you will be required to participate in Dickey Staffing Solutions' comprehensive orientation program. In it, you will learn a variety of valuable information, including:

• An overview of our client company’s business, their policies and procedures
• If there is a dress code
• What the work environment is like
• How long your lunch and/or other breaks are; when you can take them
• How to report hours
• Who to report to
• Directions to the company
• Where to park
• Essential job duties and responsibilities
• Safety procedures

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to ensure you have a solid understanding of the assignment and our clients’ expectations.
